All the super hero’s have one; Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, hell even He-Man, and that is; a theme song. Lords And Lady is a new talented super group out of the ATL, and every song they have especially their songs, “I’m So Glamorous” and “Elevators” is a theme song of mine…

Think what you want to think, it’s what I play to get myself through the day (as I think I’m a super hero), but It’s Whatever….literally. Atlanta 2011 Walk For Lupus

At the age of 50 my grandmother was diagnosed with Lupus. In those days Lupus was a fairly unknown disease where most of the medication was experimental, and why she went undiagnosed for so long. But this story is not of a sad one, she was strong and still lived a full life, she lived with Lupus until the age of 74! What a blessing! Even with inflammation and other complications she still found time to bring sunshine to everyone’s lives especially mine.  Despite Lupus my grandmother still found time to help others, and my mission in life is to do the same. That is why we walk.
