Actress Jasmine Burke

Beautiful, striking, and fashionable are the first adjectives that come to mind at first glance. But after a few minutes of speaking with her; intelligent, driven, and talented are the next to fall in line when describing her.

Jasmine has been making waves on the big screen with movies such as,  “Big Momma’s House 3: Like Father, Like Son” (in theaters 2011) working alongside Martin Lawrence, “The Secret Life of Bees” with Dakota Fanning, Queen Latifah, Jennifer Hudson, and Alicia Keys, and her latest movie starring in the leading role along side Eric Estrada, and Eddie Griffin in “Hillbilly Highway”, which is set to be released in 2011.

Jasmine is no stranger to the small screen as well with working on some of TV’s hottest shows such as; The CW hit “Vampire Diaries”, Lifetime’s “Army Wives”, Lifetime special movie “Acceptance,” and the season finale of “Drop Dead Diva.”

Being ambitious Jasmine has stepped outside of the box and formed her own production company. Her first project “Lucky Lotto” in 2009, in which Jasmine wrote, produced and directed, “Lucky Lotto” became an official selection in the 2010 Women in Film and Television International Short Film Showcase, in which Jasmine also won an achievement in directing award. With all her credentials it proves that Jasmine Burke isn’t just a star on the rise, she is a certified star.
